Shipping, cancellations and returns policies

At GHARYAN, our goal is to package your order with care and attention as quickly as possible! We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Except for pre-orders. You may check our pre-orders status page

Note to our U.S. Customers
All your orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse. This means no import duties, tariffs, or customs paperwork — just faster and simpler delivery.

Note to our Canadian Customers

All your orders ship directly from our Canada warehouse. This means no import duties, tariffs, or customs paperwork — just faster and simpler delivery.

Returns:

Should you decide to return your purchase, please contact us at info@gharyan.com within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs, along with a $15 handling fee, will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the package has been received and inspected.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs fees when return are not covered by Gharyan. They will be deducted from the refundable amount.

*Return label is not provided unless you received the wrong product.

In the case of a special order, the sale is final.

If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, send us an e-mail at info@gharyan.com as soon as possible and kindly provide pictures of damaged items, the packaging, and the box. 

We are not responsible for damages, lost parcels, delays or any additional charges caused by providing a wrong address. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a proper shipping address when placing the order.
