Returns & Refunds

At Gharyan, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy to understand the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, contact us at info@gharyan.com within 14 days of the delivery day. To qualify for a return, items must be undamaged and unused. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs fees when return are not covered by Gharyan. They will be deducted from the refundable amount.

*Return label is not provided unless you received the wrong product.

Important notice:
  • Marks or scratches can be seen after the use of the utensils on the products. It's a normal and common think on matte finishes. Gharyan Stoneware cannot issue a refund regarding this matter. Thus, for a better usage of Gharyan Stoneware products, we recommend that our costumers read our Use & Care
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, small marks or irregularities may be present, particularly on plates. These characteristics are normal and reflect the unique quality of each piece. They do not affect the quality or usability of the products.
  • Our products are handmade by ceramists, one at a time. As such, each piece is unique in its own way, and you may spot a small fingerprint on the base or the imprint of the grid on which they were placed when fired. Please note that these are the marks of true craftsmanship.
  • Our stoneware mugs may get hotter than usual.

In the case of a special order, the sale is final.

Damaged items:

If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, send us an e-mail at info@gharyan.com within 10 days of the delivery date and kindly provide pictures of damaged items, the packaging, and the box. 

Wholesale:

Same rules apply for wholesale orders except for returns. We do not accept returns.

If you received the wrong items please let as know as soon as possible. We cannot issue refunds or replacements if request is submitted 10 days after the order delivered to your door.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot issue refunds or send replacements if the claim is not submitted within 10 days of delivery day.
